Diners in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts welcomed us to Springfield as Carmela Ristorante. Our first location was in the city's South End which traditionally was the part of town where the Italian community came to dine, play and pray. As this community grew and expanded, it became necessary for us to grow as well.
